We’re in Cheam, Surrey. This is our head office – we don’t have a retail shop or engraving facilities on site.
We’re not set up for in-person browsing. All our products are shown online with photos, sizes and prices.
No – everything is sent from our warehouse. Delivery for UK orders is £7.95 for 5 day delivery and £12.95 for 3 day shipping, or free for orders over £65.

Yes – we accept all major credit and debit cards.
Yes – 30-day accounts are available for schools, clubs, companies and organisations. Please contact us to set this up.

Yes – we work with everyone from individuals ordering a single award to organisations running large-scale events.
Basic plate engraving on trophies is 99p per trophy. Other items have their own engraving prices shown on the product page.
No – it’s per item, regardless of the number of words or letters (within the standard limits).
Most trophies allow up to 4 lines, with about 30 characters per line.
Yes – just enter each engraving separately or send us a full list after ordering.
Yes – place your order online with text, then email your logo to sales@challengetrophies.co.uk. We’ll confirm any additional cost.
EPS vector or a high-resolution PDF is ideal. If you don’t have these, send what you have and we’ll check it.
Yes – there’s an extra cost and it usually adds around 10 days to the lead time.

No – you can use the duplicate function on our site to save time, or email us your engraving details after ordering.
No – we only engrave items purchased from us.

No – but many local clubs, schools or teams will gladly accept them.
No – we recommend a jeweller for jewellery, and we don’t engrave knives for safety and hygiene reasons.
