
Items that haven’t been engraved, printed or personalised can be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Need to return an item? No problem. Please follow these steps:
Contact us at sales@challengetrophies.co.uk where we will provide you with a returns address.
Package your products securely, including a note with your name, order number.
Send the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service such as Royal Mail Tracked or Recorded Delivery.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from delivery. Anything returned after this period isn’t eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and checked (usually within 5 working days), but original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Items Damaged in Transit or if you have received the wrong item.
If any items were damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly.
Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

If you’ve placed an order and then change your mind before it has been engraved, printed, or personalised, we can usually cancel or amend your order at this stage and provide a full refund.
Once personalisation work has started, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your order has already been dispatched and is not personalised, you can still return it under our Returns Policy above.
Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable, and you’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item.
